The "Database and FME Extension" is currently implemented in Process 2 and Process 3.

It is not implemented in the AusGIS application yet, which would enable greater access to other spatial data formats for the "End to End" solution provided.

The Database and FME Extension allows data to be read from:

1. All Spatial Formats supported by FME Readers and FME Writers via Spatial tapestry's generic interface into FME Objects
2. A Serialised Relational Database Table Structure developed and supported by Spatial Web Consulting P/L.
3. Additional formats supported by GIS Vendor interfaces such as ESRI ArcObjects, etc, as they are implemented.
